Junior

  1. Able to source candidates through different ATS systems
  2. Prescreening, screening and shortlisting candidates
  3. Create job posts as and when it is required
  4. Able to arrange and lineup interviews with the supervisors or line managers
  5. Preparing and sending offer letters out to candidates
  6. Sending out background checks to the candidates
  7. Performing reference checks for the new hires

Intermediate

  1. Able to manage the whole interview process efficiently
  2. Manage the onboarding & offboarding of all new hires and current employees
  3. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  4. Stay well aware of recruiting trends and best practise
  5. Great organizational and time management skills
  6. Taking ownership of the whole candidate experience by managing it in a timely manner
  7. Able to negotiate employment terms on the basis of rules and regulations 

Senior

  1. Manage the overall recruitment process from start to end
  2. Ensuring all hiring is done in accordance to the available rules and regulations of employment
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Comfortable in taking decisions best suit for the client and the business
  5. Complete knowledge of the ATS and HRIS systems
  6. Able to manage the wide variety of business relationships with all the business stakeholders
  7. Full in depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
