  1. Knowledge of ad serving tools
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  3. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  4. Knowledge of B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  5. Knowledge of setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Intermediate

  1. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  2. Demonstrable experience with leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  3. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  4. Commendable organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 
  5. Knowledge of  optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Senior

  1. Knowledge of advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
  2. Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  3. Knowledge of developing a website traffic plan and creating goals and KPIs to meet.
  4. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  5. Collaboration skills to liaison with team members & provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website
