Junior
- Able to source candidates through different ATS systems
- Prescreening, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Create job posts as and when it is required
- Able to arrange and lineup interviews with the supervisors or line managers
- Preparing and sending offer letters out to candidates
- Sending out background checks to the candidates
- Performing reference checks for the new hires
Intermediate
- Able to manage the whole interview process efficiently
- Manage the onboarding & offboarding of all new hires and current employees
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Stay well aware of recruiting trends and best practise
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Taking ownership of the whole candidate experience by managing it in a timely manner
- Able to negotiate employment terms on the basis of rules and regulations
Senior
- Manage the overall recruitment process from start to end
- Ensuring all hiring is done in accordance to the available rules and regulations of employment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable in taking decisions best suit for the client and the business
- Complete knowledge of the ATS and HRIS systems
- Able to manage the wide variety of business relationships with all the business stakeholders
- Full in depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
